I. It Was Noised That Jesus Was In The House

(Mark 2:1 KJV)  And again he entered into Capernaum after some days; and it was noised that he was in the house.

    A. That The Spirit Of God Is Working Here

(Eph 3:14-19 KJV)  For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, {15} Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, {16} That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; {17} That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, {18} May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; {19} And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

    B. The Thing That Will Make You And The Church Grow

(2 Pet 3:18 KJV)  But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

II. That The Word Of God Is Preached Here

    A. The Only Thing That Will Last

(Acts 6:7 KJV)  And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

    B. The Only Thing That Will Change The Heart Of Man

(Heb 4:12 KJV)  For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

III. A Unified Congregation

    A. In Unity

(Mat 12:25 KJV)  And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:

    B. Commanded By God

(Luke 14:23 KJV)  And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

IV. True Concern For Lost Souls

    A. Heart Felt

(Psa 126:5-6 KJV)  They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. {6} He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

    B. No Matter What The Cost

(Mat 16:26 KJV)  For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

V. A Faithful Congregation

    A. Only Way To Please God

(Heb 11:6 KJV)  But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

    B. Required For Growth

(Mark 2:5 KJV)  When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
